Official links and practical help with your account and wallet.
Official channels
Use the X and Discord links in the app menu for support. If a Discord invite is not available there yet, wait for it to be published through official Grail channels.
Sign-in and connected accounts
Sign in with your email and verification code. If a code fails, request a fresh one after the resend timer. To connect X, Discord or an external wallet, open Profile & settings, then Connected accounts. Complete the connection window and return to Grail.
Wallet backup
Open Profile & settings, then Wallet & recovery. Back up / export wallet opens the secure wallet export flow. Keep exported private keys somewhere only you can access. Never share a private key, recovery phrase or sign-in code with support.
Receiving funds
Open Portfolio, select Receive and copy your Grail wallet address. Send using Robinhood Chain as shown in the app. Other networks may use similar-looking addresses; matching the address alone is not enough.
Account controls
Profile & settings, then Account controls, contains Sign out and Delete account. Deletion removes your Grail sign-in and settings. Preserve access to your wallet before deleting: funds and public blockchain transactions are not erased, and some campaign or payment records may remain.
Something is not loading?
Wait for the loading state to finish and use the retry action if an error appears. If the problem continues, contact Grail on X with the page URL and a description of what happened. Do not include private credentials.
